Oriana studied flute and chamber music at the Brabant and Rotterdam Conservatory with Raymond Delnoye and Jo hagen, and obtained the diplomas 'docerend' and 'uitvoerend musicus' with highest distinction. She gained orchestral experience with the Rotterdam Young Philharmonic and performed at the Gergiev Festival 2001.. In the same year, she was selected by tape for masterclasses with William Bennet (Linos Foundation Amsterdam) and Philippe Pierlot (second flute convention Paris) and more recent for the second flute audition with the London Symphony Orchestra.. As from march 2020 she is principal flute with the all-women symphony orchestra Virago. In 2009 she founded the much appraised antwerp chamber music collective Z V E Z D O L I K I . Besides mainly playing chamber music, Oriana is also working as a freelance musician with the Rotterdam Chamber Orchestra, the Netherlands Symphony Orchestra, the Flemish Opera, the Antwerp Symphony Orchestra and the European Philharmonia with whom she performed at the Queen Elisabeth Hall Antwerp, the Doelen in Rotterdam and the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, and participated in broadcasts for Dutch TV NPS, Belgian classical radio KLARA and national TV channel 'Eén'.
